Who our customer is?
We sell only to professional customers. We only sell whole cartons, with a minimum order required (see below). We are sorry, cannot sell to persons who not have a business.

Minimum order
The minimum order it's 500,00 Euro net. It is not possible to issue invoices for less.

Orders and confirmation of order
Customers can order by phone, fax and e-mail. Anyway, we will send you a confirmation of order, that must be sent back by fax with your stamp and signature. No order will be prepared before receiving back the confirmation approved.

Shipping and deliveries
We ship our orders by courier. The cost of transport is included or not, depending on terms of sale. For foreign sales, usually we sell ex works.

Payments
Our credits are insured with a main insurance company. So, in case you need a credit limit, you must be approved. This is a one-time procedure, and it can take some days. For not standard orders, we reserve the right to ask a certain amount paid in advance.

Request for proposal
Any request for proposal must be done by e-mail or fax. You must also write all your data, the products you want, quantities, requested place of delivery. We cannot quote by phone.

Samples
We send samples and certifications free of charge to ROMA FINE FOODS customers. For new customers, samples and certifications will be charged at cost; this cost will be deducted from the amount of the first order..

Private brands
Almost all the range of ROMA products can be produced with your own privale label. For more info please contact: info@romafinefoods.com

Bulk spices
We do not sell bulk spices. For special requests, we can supply selected products, by the pallet. For more info ask info@romafinefoods.com
